Adult Counselling
We all have times in our lives when we have difficulties with distressing feelings, stresses, experiences or relationships, and when the usual solutions such as talking to family or friends, no longer seems to be helping.
At times like these, counselling can provide gentle, professional support and a time to feel really listened to, in a dependable, confidential space.
Counselling can help you to explore what is happening and how you are feeling, with space to reflect, and at times to hear your own voice more clearly.
A Counsellor can help you explore, clarify and understand more clearly what is happening for you, and to understand more about why you are feeling as you do at the moment. It can provide you with a space to reflect, at times to hear your voice more clearly, and at times to view your choices.
A Counsellor is trained to help you become more aware of how patterns, themes and experiences in your life may be affecting your current situation, and can help you find new path forward, perhaps using new perspectives, and new ways of managing.
